My Nee-chan commissioned me again~ She had this daydream of her, me and a few friends of hers all dressed up in Victorian era clothing. So she commissioned me for an 8 person character design lineart.

If you guys have been watching the ~Sweet-n-Spicy-Tea account you've seen the Mae and Kiyoshi pair uploaded there. Not to mention all of the WIPs I had on my LiveJournal for the past week or so haha! You may notice that Mae and Kiyoshi look similar to the "You're Intruding - 2009" picture I did since it had a Victorian era feel to it as well.

Uploading it now that I've finished all 8 people I'm really happy with the general results, although there are a few things here and there that still bother me. I plan on coloring the Mae and Kiyoshi pairing someday for myself, but I'm not sure about the others yet. She didn't request for it to be colored. Tried to keep the lineart simple, so that more details can be added when colored instead.

LOL THAT PARASOL TOTALLY ATE MY SOUL. And Sara is so flamboyantly dressed, just like she wanted~ I still like Mae's dress design best among them all I think. And Collins, the bad guy on the far right, was such a pain to draw. I'm sorry but he was! I didn't wanna make him look cool since, well, he's an annoying bad guy who's not too cool in the first place. *FAIL FLAIL*

Waaa! So much details and designs! Such wonderful characters, Mae! ;.;

I like Mae's dress too! Very elegant, yet very feminine too! Not too conservative or extravagant! :love:
