This World Survives on Pain

Just a sketch that randomly came to mind the other night. It changed from the intended layout after I drew the face and hand (used my own as reference) since the hand was a different perspective from the face. So I just kind of drew stuff to make it work lol? XD;;

I haven't done a drawing like this in... Good God, have I ever? o_O;

Most likely inspired by *kidchan and *gorachi ... Although I make a crappy attempt compared to such inspiration.
