Kiyoshi - Character Sheet v2.2

KIYOSHI - CHARACTER SHEET v2 . . . COLOR

I'm so proud of myself! Not only did I finally finish my FINAL EXAMS (insert joy here) but I also started and finished my colored version of Kiyoshi's character sheet! And I actually shaded and highlighted everything! *w*

I learned a lot of new techniques and things to remember when I CG now! I used separate layers for the shadows and highlights and tried to work a little better with making things look 3D. I'm so happy with how it turned out~ I'll probably hate it in a few days but for right now, I LOVE it.

Now, I understand there's a lot of things that may not be correct but I'm not a pro and I'm still learning. One thing that still kinda bothers me is the shading on his face in the profile shots. But it's better than nothing! And his hair was a bit of a pain D: Everytime I tried to use the dodge tool on his hair it come out this weird yellow-green color instead of a nice golden brown. Luckily the highlights and shadows via separate layers worked really nice actually! I might use it for now on :3 *nod*

Hoping to get to work on Jun's next since his hair color in the description is kinda hard to picture. I just hope I don't just say "F IT! HIS HAIR IS BLACK! D:<" lol But I might wait to do that until I get a tablet, it'll be easier to do the different color strokes that way, I think. Anyway, might save Mae's sheet till later since well... Its not as much fun to stare at all day like Kiyoshi.

Age: 22
Birthdate: June 15th
Height: 5' 10"-ish... We don't want to bring up this topic since Kiyoshi is in fact taller, but Jun wouldn't take that too well. So we only hint at him being slightly taller...
Body type: Athletic with a moderate muscular build...
Blood type: A
Hair: Light brown, short/medium length hair with longer hair in front of his ears...
Loves: Cold weather, sports, traveling, BBQs and history...
Hates: Stuffy busy cities, rude people, competitions and deserts...

Personality: He has a very calm and kind demeanor that's easily noticeable by the people around him. Always wearing a smile, he enjoys listening to Mae ramble on about nonsense (although he doesn't find it "rambling" or "nonsense"). He may look sweet and innocent, but you do not want to tempt this sleeping dragon. If anyone threatens Mae he's quick to step in and knock that person out. But in the nicest way possible. Although Jun finds Kiyoshi irritating due to his relationship with Mae, Kiyoshi doesn't seem to have a problem with Mae and Jun's bond. But then again we aren't too sure what exactly is going on in Kiyoshi's head.

Inteligence: A subtle presence with a hidden degree of intelligence. He has exceptional grades in all of his classes (History, Math, Science etc.) but he does not enjoy flaunting his abilities. Preferring to help out people who ask for his assistance, he'll use the best of his abilities to conquer any question. Whereas Jun is quick to correct the smallest detail regardless of tack.

Style: He can quite easily pull off any style. Many people envy his open fashion sense and ability to make anything look good. He's commonly seen wearing comfortable neutral fashion clothing that, even in its simplicity, is extremely detailed and flattering. He also has a necklace that he wears constantly that is a gift from Mae. Its a white bead with a painted black cross on it, which is the opposite version of Mae's necklace (a black bead with a white cross). He refuses to take off the necklace and finds it his most prized possession.

Quirks: There are not many quirks about Kiyoshi that can be picked out by people. Although sometimes there are hints to what "could" be a weird habit of his. One such speculation is that Kiyoshi is secretly "dirty minded" at times. Usually when Mae does something that can be taken in the wrong way, in which she never seems to notice Kiyoshi's frantic blushing and nosebleeds.

Back story: Created as my "dream" guy, I guess. It started out as me just practicing drawing guys, since I suck horribly, and then he became a character I really love. :3 At first drawn as a Naruto OC, but now its just my other main OC...
